Hm, I’m not too sure what the problem could be. I would suggest contacting Brandsaver and asking them why you keep running into issues.

I have also tried IE and Chrome, on both Macs and PCs and on a variety of different computers. The same thing always happens. I’m very frustrated.

The insert usually comes out around the same time as when they release them online.

What browser are you using? I had this problem with Firefox and when I switched to IE, it worked.

I have tried many times to get coupons from the brand saver site. I log in first, select coupons and they it tells me to log in or register and I click on either and it just refreshes the current page. I have contacted them twice and gotten no response! I am upset!

I haven’t gotten the Brandsaver insert since 2011. My mom was getting them as she gets the newspaper delivered to her house, but they no longer seem to be putting them in the boxes or stores
