One way to find coupons is to look in your newspaper every few weeks. Smart Source and Redplum come every 3-4 weeks and often have some great coupons.
These inserts come in your free local newspaper, as well as certain paid subscriptions. Click the link to find out where to find Smart Source and Redplum coupon inserts.

There will be a Brandsaver insert out in November. That’s the last one for this year.
Do you happen to know of the schedule of the P&G Insert?
i could not find coupons in aug.27 issue of the telegram.
I just wrote all those dates on my calendar. Do you have a listing of when Brandsaver comes out?
This is the schedule for all of Canada, however the dates may vary by region. Call your local paper to get the exact date for coupon inserts.
Hi, do you know the schedule in Québec ?
thank-you
Jillian – Dates vary by region. I actually received my insert yesterday. I’d call up your local paper to find out when you can expect your coupons.
Just received my paper, but no insert! Just wondering if it was changed to a different date?
Elizabeth – Personally, I don’t think so. You only get 1-2 coupon inserts per month.
So… It’s not worth it to pay for a subscription to a paper then, is it? Should just go buy on the days that the coupons are in there? I just got talked into a 2 month subscription the other day because I was under the impression that I got a coupon insert every week! I am disappointed to find nothing in this one!!
Brandsaver often comes out every few months. They next issues will be in September & November.
hope there no issues getting them time, really look forward to seeing what great deals are available.
Anything on P&G?
Thanks Cassie!!!
