Amie, Lindy: They will double the $2 value ($4 off).
Saskatchewan and Manitoba are in Western Canada.
I am also wondering about the wording.. Are they only doubling to a max value of $2 or does it mean if you have a $2 coupon it will double to $4
I wish they would do this in Ontario again.

When doubling coupon value up to $2 does that mean if I have a $5 off coupon it would then be worth $7?
