      It finally worked for me but the fine print said that I would get an email asking me to do a short survey before my products were sent to me. Still no email a day later.

      Fill out the form ,hit your Enter button..I found a “Hidden” Submitt button under all the “Fine” print you cant see it ( Dont know why) But i just clicked around the area in the middle under the fine print and it worked! Good Luck!

      Takes me to the page but when I make my selections it does nothing. Like I’m not clicking my selections. Been trying on and off all day ( i have no life) and always the same thing.
