      Wish I had of read the small print and not just the heading. Drove 35km round trip, spent 1 hour making my list and another hour in the store. Purchased a $50 gift card to get the 500 optimum points and when she rang up my purchase and I questioned the 20X points she said I needed the coupon from an email. I left without the purchase but it still cost me $50.00 for the gift card (that is non returnable) and the cost of gas. Also went for the Dempsters oven fresh $1.99 less $1.00 coupons that I had. Big sign above the display explaining there was an error in the flyer. Not my favourite store.

      I did this today and my subtotal total was $50.97 before tax and then I used coupons to reduce the final total to $40.27. I did get the cashier to ring in the 20x prior to using my coupons but the points don’t show on my receipt or on my account online (online it says my subtotal was the post-coupon amount). Is this something that takes until the January 30, 2013 deadline or is this something I should contact customer service about?

      your site.. iloveoptimum.. freezes when I try to enter the vacation contest. any ideas what i can do. thanks
