      costco sells the refills but we use softsoap and do the refills ourselves

      I wonder why the soap is never on sale? Even in the flyers, I never see the soap, only the dispenser on sale.

        Yes, you are able to refill the cartridges. After complaining how much I liked the dispenser, but hated paying $5.00 for the little refills, hubby picked up the refill and popped the cap off with a butter knife and said, “there, now it’s free”. hah.
