So i have lost touch with couponing, and im not happy about it,seeing your posts gives me the nudge i need to start again, and not be a sales person, lol but when i read this it shows you are buying air wick? have you ever heard of/tryed Scentsy??? lol i added my website if you would like to check it out, smells wonderful and the scent actually lasts.Plus it is a pretty decoration.
But mainly, thank you for posting your savings all the time its a great ass kicker to get on it!! lol

    2. Galit says:

      welcome to thornhill
good luck with our walmart, there are some really difficult staff there…..
maybe you can wear them down:)

    3. Shannon says:

I am new at this coupon thing and saw (and correct me if I am wrong) that you used 4 coupons for purchasing your resolve products. Can you use more than one coupon at a time? I seem to read a lot of the coupons and they say only one per person.

    4. R.S says:

      Hello Mrs January ,
Do you have a link for MIR on (Lysol No Touch Hand Soap System)

    5. Ashley says:

      Hi Cassie,
How does it work when it says to spend $10 before tax but when you use a coupon your sub total is under $10? Would the MIR not be rejected because the sub total is under $10?

Whenever I have done this I have made sure my subtotal was $10 after coupons were removed. Example to use the $3 coupon I would spend at-least $13 to make sure my sub total was over $10, fro your experience is this needed?

      • Cassie Howard says:

Be sure to read the fine print on your rebate forms. Some say that you cannot use coupons on top of your rebate. If this is the case, you cannot use coupons. Thankfully, in my case, there was no restriction of coupons for the Air Wick rebate, so I was able to use one.

    6. Theresa says:

I never realized you could use a coupon/Mail in rebate on one item. I always assumed that the company would see that you used a coupon(if you have to send a copy of receipt) and they would void the rebate. That makes Mail in rebates much more worthwhile.

    7. Kim says:

Love seeing your shopping posts. Bought the lysol no touch for the mail in rebate but never thought of getting the kitchen one. Thanks for the heads up!

    8. Taylor says:

The finish MIR says it must be purchased between sept 12 and october 12…

    9. lender says:

      Welcome to Thornhill/Vaughan!

    10. Angela says:

My Walmart saving experience this week was spectacular. Don’t ask me to calculate the percentage saved (math was never my best subject), but with coupons and price matching, I saved a total of $29. This is the most I have done in one shopping trip and hubby is very proud. It is such a good feeing to save. Thank you Cassie for all the saving tips and alerts you provide to us.

    11. Amanda says:

I notice you buy alot of the cereal MIR but you can only have 5 per household. How do you get around that? Do you just have alot of friends that you send them to?

      • Cassie Howard says:

Yes, we send some to family and friends. We won’t even keep any of this cereal (don’t like it), it will be donated. :)

    12. Lori says:

I think I’ll have to head your way to get anything from Walmart!!! My shelves were cleared here, I really wanted the Quantum but it was gone!
I can’t wait for the new Freshco to open, hopefully they’ll stock more!

    13. Martine says:

Great that you got to go out and check out a new Wal Mart. I did notice however, that you calculation was off. I may be wrong but the Quantum finish mail in rebate is expired. All purchases needed to be done by October 12, 2012. Please let me know if you found a loop hole. Thanks again for all that you do for us. You are a staple in our household. I find myslef quoting you sometimes. Happy Saving!!!
