  • Shoppers Drug Mart Deals – I Saved (36%), Earned 11,000 Points

My 20x Points Deals at Shoppers Drug Mart.

    Shoppers Optimum 20x Deals

I wasn`t going to do this 20x points event at Shoppers Drug Mart because I didn`t need much, but one high-priced item I did need to purchase was Pull-Ups, so I figured I`d pick up my milk and some other items there to take advantage of the promotion. I just wish I`d still had my $1 Kraft peanut butter coupon!

Advil night-time 10′s were on special for $3.99 per box (marked down from $8.99). I was able to utilize all my $3.00 coupons… great savings, especially towards 20x the points event on Saturday.. I had lots of coupons and earned lots of bonus points…

I did really well at Shoppers on Saturday. I am in charge of the pop at work, so I try to take advantage of bonus points and/or specials when restocking. On Saturday, I was able to buy 6 packs at 3/$9.99 and put that towards hitting my $50 for 20X the points…and it wasn’t my money. ;) I also found some Pantene on an end cap which was marked down to $3.99 for the 750mL (packaging change, maybe?) and used the Brandsaver coupon. Baby Life bath products are on for $1.99 so I got 2 vapour baths (great because all the kids have colds right now!) and 1 bedtime bath. And I had a peanut butter coupon from trading with a friend! All in all, I got a total of 10400 points and only spent $30.68 of my own money.

Mrs. January, Here is the link for the Pull-Ups coupons (I’ve noticed that you never seem to have them for some reason…):

They actually had some decent prices on a number of items- things like the orajel toddler toothpate when paired with the coupon was a great price! I paid $42 out of pocket for $57 worth of merchandise and got 11600!

    5. Louise says:

I didn’t need $50.00 worth of product right now, but my hair colour was on sale for 9.99$ (same as the regular price at walmart) and was 20X the points. I also picked up sour cream (for fajitas during the game today – tortillas are on sale for 1.99 at Costco!). Total out of pocket was 13 and change and I picked up over 1200 points.

    6. Nasly says:

Would you consider using reusable training pants? They’re pretty cheap at diaper outlets and if your toddler already goes #2 in the potty is not really a lot of work on your part. No judging you or anything just think is a lot more frugal than pull ups.

    7. Lee says:

I can’t find my peanut butter coupons, either! I should have 1 or 2 as well as another for eggs but they are missing and presumed lost.
