I had heard about quite a few clearance deals at Walmart, so I was very excited to head over there this morning. Unfortunetely, I couldn’t find a single one of those items.

I still managed to do really well with our regular groceries, though! I can’t wait to make chili for the Superbowl tomorrow and enjoy that with our lime Tostitos and a diet Pepsi. Yummy!

My Walmart Canada Shopping Deals

For the last few weeks, I’ve been asked by many of you why I haven’t used the FREE floss coupon in conjunction with the $1 Crest rinse coupon – and my answer was always that I thought that was stacking.

After many requests, I finally found out for sure by calling P&G on Monday. They told me that it was NOT to be considered stacking and that I could in fact use both coupons – yay!

I also spoke with the manager at our local Walmart to make sure that he would allow it as well, so I wouldn’t have any issues when checking out. I got the green light from him, so off we went to do our shopping this morning. I was very happy with all of our deals.

We had such an amazing shopping trip today. No Frills had some pretty great deals, so I snuck out of the house early to get there when they opened. I’m glad I did, because every single thing I wanted was in stock (don’t worry, I didn’t clear any shelves!). By the time I left the store, it was extremely busy inside. It was a good idea to get there first thing this morning.
