    Easy Asian Meatballs


    • Servings: 15-20 Meatballs

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Pound Ground Beef
    • 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger
    • 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
    • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
    • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
    • 1 Egg
    • Sesame Seeds (Optional)
    • 1/3 Cup Hoisin Sauce
    • 2 Tablespoons White or Rice Vinegar

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic, sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce and egg. Mix very well, shape into balls and place onto baking sheet.
    3. Bake meatballs for 12-15 minutes, or until no longer pink on the inside.
    4. Mix hoisin sauce, vinegar, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 tablespoon soy sauce in a small bowl. Drizzle sauce on warm meatballs, once they have cooked all the way through.
    5. Sprinkle meatballs with sesame seeds, if desired.
