Easy Asian Meatballs.
Easy Asian Meatballs
- Servings: 15-20 Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger
- 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Egg
- Sesame Seeds (Optional)
- 1/3 Cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons White or Rice Vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic, sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce and egg. Mix very well, shape into balls and place onto baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 12-15 minutes, or until no longer pink on the inside.
- Mix hoisin sauce, vinegar, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 tablespoon soy sauce in a small bowl. Drizzle sauce on warm meatballs, once they have cooked all the way through.
- Sprinkle meatballs with sesame seeds, if desired.
