Buttery Breakfast Crescents

  • Servings: 6-8


  • 1 Refrigerated Pillsbury Crescent Package
  • 4-6 Slices of Bacon
  • 4 Eggs
  • Cheese, Shredded
  • Green Onions (Optional), Minced
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook bacon, crumble and set aside.
  3. Cook eggs (scrambled works best) and set aside.
  4. Unroll your crescents, separate the triangles and inside each one, add bacon, egg, cheese, green onion and a dash of both salt and pepper. Roll up and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

    I love your recipes and mealplans Cassie.

    This looks delicious but am having a hard time with the fat content. With 6 grams per crescent roll, 9 grams per slice of bacon, 5 grams for 1/2 ounce of cheese and 5 grams per egg I am estimating 20 grams of fat each. With two on a plate that would be 2/3 of the daily recommended fat intake.
