
Breakfast Scramble Recipe (Click here to print this recipe.)
Ingredients:
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- Handful of Chopped Green Onions
- 1/8 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 5 Slices Bacon
- 6 Small Potatoes, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 6 Eggs
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon PepperInstructions:
1. In a large frying pan, cook bacon over medium heat, until crisp. Remove, drain on paper towels and crumble.2. Meanwhile, in a medium pot, heat some water until boiling. Add potatoes. Cover and heat to medium. Cook 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain.
3. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Set aside.
4. In another large skillet (or the one you used for bacon), melt butter over medium heat. Cook potatoes in butter 3-4 minutes, until potatoes are browned. Add green onions and then add egg mixture and cheese. Mix together.
5. Once eggs are cooked through, add crumbled bacon and serve.
Serves 5.
