Easy Homemade Potato Wedges & Gravy Recipe

Potato Wedges & Gravy

Ingredients:
- 3 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce

Instructions:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 450F.

2. Drizzle the potatoes with the oil, salt and pepper. Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes – turning the pan and flipping the potatoes over halfway though cooking time.

3. Heat a small pot over medium-high heat. Melt the butter, then whisk in the flour and cook for 30 seconds. Whisk in the soya sauce, chicken broth and mustard. Let the gravy thicken for a couple of minutes and then pour into small cups and serve with the potato wedges.

Georgina: I would not suggest it. They would likely come out really yucky once thawed.

  2. Georgina says:

I wonder if you are able to freeze the prepared potatoes. Does anyone know if this is possible?

    Thanks in advance

That sounds delicious and so much better than buying the handful they sell in a bag (unless it’s free of course :) …..)
