Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 Large Potatoes, Washed & Sliced
- 1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, making sure to coat each potato evenly.
- Place potatoes on an un-greased baking sheet and bake for 25-40 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through the cooking process.
