
Oven Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, rinsed
- A few splashes of olive oil
- About 1 tbs. garlic powder
- About 1 tbs. onion powder
- About 1 tbs. dried parsley
- Salt and pepper, to tasteInstructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F2. Cut potatoes into bit size pieces.
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, making sure to coat each potato evenly.
4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 25-40 minutes.
Makes 4 servings .


















I have made a version of these before but I add the parsley after they are done cooking, This way they don’t get burned when cooking. Either way still delicious!
