Easy Recipes – Fudgy Brownie Hearts


Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
1. Line a 13×9 inch cake pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for handle.

2. Melt butter and chocolate chips in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. Stir well until combined and set aside.

3. In a large bowl, beat eggs with sugar until thick and then add in vanilla and chocolate mixture. Sift flour with salt over chocolate mixture and fold in until well blended. Scrape into your prepared pan.

4. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes.

5. Lift brownies from pan onto a cutting board and cut with a heart shaped cookie cutter.

Note: Save your scraps and use them on top of ice cream!

Makes about 10 brownies, plus scraps.

    I LOVE this!!!!! :) I’m definitely going to make these for DH. Neither of us are very romantic, but he loves brownies, so I’m sure he’ll love heart brownies.
