Caption reads “Easy Potato Skins.” Confusing.

Looks yummy! I make the recipe my mother did for us as kids and it still makes me want to go back to the time when life seemed so simple! Its so easy and tastes so good. Fry your hamburger with onion, garlic, mushrooms, peppers, etc. Drain and pour into the bottom of a baking dish. Open a can of cream corn and a can of niblets corn. Mix them together and layer on top of hamburger mixture. Boil potatoes, drain, add butter or margarine, milk, salt and pepper to taste and mash. Layer mashed potatoes on top of corn. Slide into oven, 350 degrees, for half an hour. Add grated cheddar cheese the last 5 minutes and voila! My “favorite dish” as we used to call it!
