Sweet Baked Apples

I really enjoy these in the fall, but they are good all year round.

I tried these with my home daycare kids today – they loved helping out. They were a big hit. However, I found alot of peels left on plates. So next time I think I will peel them before baking. The overall comments from 3-9yrs was they were great!!
    Thanks soo much

I make these all the time, but I cut/peel the apples and bake them with the topping. SOO Yummy. I’m going to try it with the half apples next time.
