Easy Toffee Chip Cookies Recipe


Toffee Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups chocolate/toffee bits (I use a chocolate/toffee chocolate bar and break it up into pieces)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and then gradually beat in the flour mixture. Mix in the chocolaye/toffee bits. Plop one tablespoon full of batter (per cookie) onto a cookie sheet.

3. Bake for 10 minutes.

Makes 5 Dozen Cookies.
