Tomato & Mozarella Salad
- Servings: 4
- 2 Large Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Package of Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
- A Few Basil Leaves, minced
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
1. Arange tomatoes and mozzarella on a serving platter.
2. Lightly drizzle with balsamic vinegar and then repeat with the extra virgin olive oil.
3. Sprinkle on some salt & pepper and finish it all off with a few basil pieces on each tomato/cheese piece.
