Greek Quinoa Salad

  • Servings: 4


  • 1 Cup Quinoa, Cooked
  • 1/2 Seedless Cucumber, Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced in Half
  • 2 Teaspoons Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Mint, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper, to Taste
  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese, Crumbled


  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  2. Set aside for 10-15 minutes, to allow the flavours to combine.
