    Thin Crust Pizza

This is my absolute favourite pizza. I like it better than any take out or frozen pizza I’ve ever eaten. I try to make it at least twice a month because I love it so much. Luckily, Richard and Elliott love it too.

We often top it with our own homemade pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, green olives and shredded chicken. Yummy!

Love, love, love this dough!!! I used to only make the looney spoons (benefit of the dough) but this is way easier amd much quicker! The kids even ate the crust!

      Fatema: Yes, fahrenheight,

    3. Monica says:

Fatema, It’s gotta be Fahrenheit, otherwise it’d be boiling water. You can’t add yeast to boiling water, it’ll kill it. It needs warm water. See Cassie’s doughnut-making disastor! I can’t remember where the post of that story is, but it was halarious! And empathatic at the same time. :)

    4. Fatema says:

Is the water 110 degrees in Celsius or Fahrenheit?
Love your recipes and looking forward to trying this one out.

    5. Cassie says:

Michelle: 2 1/2 teaspoons. Nope, you don’t have to let it rise.

      Laura: That’s the temperature. :)

Jill: Great idea! I will see what I can do.

Shannon: Not a typo, 500F is the correct temperature.

    6. Shannon says:

1 package of yeast is equal to about 1.5 tsp. I make bread all the time that calls for one package and I use the 1.5 tsp and it turns out perfect everytime.

      I think the 500F was a typo…I am guessing 400F?

    7. Jill says:

Would love to see a video of this….i can never get my dough right….

    8. Laura says:

500F seems really high to me….

    10. Michelle says:

Can you tell me how many teaspoons of yeast to use. I usually buy the bottle of yeast and not the packets.
Also do you have to leave the dough to rise before baking?
Thank you for sharing this recipe Cassie.. Will try it out. Love thin crust pizza.

      I have a couple of questions :
How much yeast do you use.. (in measuring spoons)? I usually buy the bottle of yeast.
Do you have to leave the dough to rise?
I will definitely be trying this recipe.. Love thin crust pizza.
