      Hi Mrs. January :) I always love seeing your menu plans and I’m glad to see that you are continuing the habit of making lots of healthy meals! I tried making a healthy snack this week that was very easy and delicious… I basically coated pieces of kale leaves in olive oil, baked them until they were crispy and seasoned them with sea salt. They were a hit! Google “kale chips with sea salt” if you’re interested. :) I made them the same night I was making spinach and ricotta cannelloni so my oven was already preheated – saved a bit of electricity that way.
