      Breakfasts: cold cereal/homemade oatmeal with flax and cinnamon, boiled eggs with toast and tomatoes

      Lunches: leftovers or sandwiches with deli meats

      Dinners:
      Blackbean soup with corn tortilla chips, sour cream, salsa and avocado toppings
      Spaghetti with garlicky greens
      Home made burgers with home made seasoned sweet potato fries and salad
      special fried rice with stir fried vegetables
      Chicken and potato curry, rice, raita
      pizza and salad
