    Now that my husband and I are training for a half marathon in October/November, I’ve been trying to come up with healthy menu plans that aren’t boring.

    Lunch has always been the hardest meal for me, since I’m not a huge fan of leftovers. Do you have any healthy lunch ideas you can share? I need some inspiration!

    Breakfast

    Homemade Oatmeal with Apples x2
    Yogurt, Fruit, Toast with Peanut Butter
    Shreddies, Bananas x2
    English Muffin with Jam or Peanut Butter, Apple
    Egg White Omelet, Fruit, Yogurt

    Lunch

    Tuna Pita, Cottage Cheese
    Egg Scramble, Fruit Drink
    Salad with Barbecue Chicken
    Cottage Cheese, Grapes, Salad
    Leftovers x3

    Dinner

    Chicken Chili
    Minestrone Soup
    Barbecue Chicken, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Couscous
    Chicken Florentine, Couscous
    Chicken Gyros, Salad
    Lemon Pepper Pork Chops, Cauliflower Puree, Broccoli
    Breakfast for dinner: Egg White Omelet, Fruit Drink

    Dessert & Snacks

    Barbecue Pineapple
    Coconut Lime Oat Bars
    Healthy Strawberry Muffins
    Fruit
    Yogurt
    Celery & Carrot Sticks
    Cheese Slices
