I didn’t make a meal plan last week because my hubby thought I was wasting my time, funny thing is this week he planned most of it. Pretty sure it is because it his wallet hard having to run out and pick up things because we didn’t have anything preplanned or the 2 times in one week we ate out.

Quick lesson learned, now he has an appreciation for the 20-30 mins a week I plan our menu based on what is on sale….

My husband and I planned our menu last night and then went grocery shopping afterwards, we have almost the same menu for the week! How funny. Thanks again for the inspiration to start menu planning, best thing we could do for our pocket book as well as our health!

    5. Cassie says:

Jessica: Nope, no meat! You could add chicken to it, though, if you wanted to.

    6. Jessica says:
