      In no particular order:
      orange sesame chicken, rice, steamed broccoli
      bbq hamburgers and Cool Ranch Doritos (family tradition!)
      dinner salad (chicken, hard boiled eggs, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, cucs on lettuce)
      hummus, pitas, veggies, dip, watermelon
      fish, hash browns, veg
      delayed Father’s Day something (Mum had surgery last week and just got home today)
      Angel food cake, fresh local strawberries and real whipped cream

      Yes, we do have cake for dinner once a year! Can’t beat local strawberries!

      I was going to ask for the Cheesy Quinoa and Broccoli Casserole recipe also :)

      your menu ideas are fantastic thank you for posting these. do you happen to have a recipe for the cheesy quinoa and broccoli casserole? We are trying to encorperate more quinoa in our diet but having a hard time pleasing some picky eaters in my house.
