    Our Menu Plan This Week

    1. Cassie says:

Cherie: I wish I could, but I actually misplaced it! This one is officially crossed off our menu plan until I can find it again. Sorry!

    2. Nicole says:

I found a great savings on pomegranate juice, so I thought I would share with you & readers.
A local specialty Mediterrean food store has 1L of pomegranate juice for $1. This is so much cheaper than other name brands. It is properly imported & has french & english packaging. It is just as tasty as the North American ones & seems to have all the same nutritional content. If you live near a specialty store, maybe just have a look & see if they have some of your favorite types of foods for a better price.

    3. Cherie says:

Can you share the recipe for spinach flatulas?

    4. Linda says:

Here’s a link to some cauliflower tots http://yourlighterside.com/caulitots-baked/

    5. Kris says:

I had the same question about cauliflower tots :)

    6. Alicia says:

Hey Mrs. January, I am curious to know what cauliflower tots are…
