well I have to give you the heads up on our “hamburger helper” One pot Mexican I ground up ground beef aprox. 1 lbs. sometimes less, fry diced onion, any kind of peppers(I keep them cut and frozen ) add garlic and what ever seasoning you like. Add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup salsa, aprox 1 cup frozen corn, then add a 1- 1 1/2 cup rice and water cover twenty minutes! My kids love it with grated cheese on top or sour cream. It’s our quick go to dinner :) hope you may try it too!

      In no particular order:

Tonight was bbqd hamburgers and Cool Ranch Doritos (family tradition)
      Stuffed peppers
Roast beef with cream cheese mashed potatoes and 2 veg
Maple Chicken with cream cheese mashed potatoes and steamed sliced carrots
Beans and Rice with something to go with
      Chicken Enchiladas
      leftovers

I have everything I need on hand except for the green peppers so that dinner will be determined by which day I get to No Frills! Should I not bother, homemade hamburger helper will substitute.

    5. Marissa says:

Tonight we are having Crockpot Beef Stew with buns
Italian Sausage with broccoli, tomatoes, and noodles
Roasted Chicken with Potatoes and Carrots
      Fish Sticks and fries
      Crockpot Pepper Steak
      Chicken Pot Pie
      Spaghetti with garlic bread

Everything is wrote on my white board on the fridge every Sunday so that I can be organized and pull out and do everything that I can the night before. I make certain meals on certain days depending on how much time I have to prepare and how much time it needs to cook. It’s less hassle for me now. I actually enjoy cooking because there is no stress because I know what we are having every night and it makes all the difference!

    6. Lisa says:

I don’t really make an exact menu plan. I just write down what our options are for dinner that week and then go from there. Some nights I might be tired or just not feel like eating what’s planned for that night. Then we are free to pick and choose from the list depending on our mood. It’s more than I did before which was scramble at the last minute trying to figure out what to eat. This just gives us more flexibility in our meals.
