This is one of those chicken recipes that we make often, because it is just so simple to make and we almost always have the ingredients on hand.
We love matching this chicken with rice and broccoli, yum!

Shanny: Whoo hoo! So glad you and your husband enjoyed it.
I just wanted to say that I made this for supper tonight and it was DELICIOUS! It was absolutely great! We were all devouring it and my husband even said that even though he doesn’t like chicken nachos, he would LOVE this chicken on his famous nachos! That says a lot… I decided to save time and mix all the seasoning ingredients together and make 8 times more just to have in case I want a really quick supper! Just add a bit of lime juice and sprinkle garlic on and it’s a great supper!
