Ahhhh, dollar stores. I think I may love you even more than I love Walmart… and I love Walmart BIG TIME.
Looking to save money? Head to the dollar stores! They have soooo much stuff, for only a few bucks a pop and sometimes even $1 or 2/$1.
Dollarama is my favourite dollar store. Not too long ago they raised some of the prices in their stores from $1 to $1.25, $1.50 or $2. I have never seen anything over $2 though.
You can get so much stuff at the dollar store for alot cheaper than anywhere else, even without using coupons (man, I wish they took coupons! Imagine all the freebies!!!).
Here are some of my favourite things from the dollar store:
Baskets – You know me! I’m a neat freak. Everything has a place.
Pregnancy Tests – What? THEY ARE FUN TO TAKE OKAY? And yes, I know I’m weird. PS. They DO work. PPS. No, I’m not pregnant.
Kitchen Gadgets – Scrubbers, soap dispensers, dish drying rack, etc. Lots of good stuff for under $2!
Stationary/School/Scrapbooking Supplies – They have sooooooooooo much of this stuff for less than $2 (usually around $1). I love it.
Party Supplies – I won’t ever buy party supplies from anywhere but the dollar store (unless it’s cheaper, which is not likely!). The stuff is great quality and super cheap!
Those are just a few of MY favourite things. These stores have a bazillion and one great items for very great prices. Here’s some more great deals:

I love the little things you can get for art projects…with a baby that likes to paint I really do not have to feel bad that all of “his” art supplies are a buck a piece. Sure, the paint brushes aren’t the upper echelon of quality, but they work perfectly fine for him!:)
oooh yes,dollar stores!I can rate most of them near me lol.For crafting, for household items .My newest favourite find was a screen cleaner for my laptop,it works wonders and was $1,i couldnt find one anywhere else less than $10 oh and one of those hairtowels that twist and button at the back for $1 ….so diva!

oh yah office supplies! i always buy them there. i go through lots of envelopes with coupon trading.
I love Dollarama! I buy all my office supply stuff there: envelopes, paperclips, etc. And their bandaids that are only $1.25/box are just as good as the actual BAND-AID brand! I also buy all my greeting cards from Dollarama because I can’t justify spending $5 on a card that’s going to get thrown in the garbage. Soooo many great deals there.
