I was fortunate enough to receive Crystal’s new eBook, 21 Days to a More Disciplined Life last week and let me tell you – this is one of the best books I have read on discipline (and I have read quite a few of them!).
Ever since having a second child, I’ve struggled to find the time to do everything in life that I deem necessary. Exercise, cooking, cleaning the house, playing with our kids, blogging, spending time with my husband, and of course – having a bit of time to myself.
To say it’s been difficult is an understatement.
It’s been torture.
When I received my copy of 21 Days to a More Disciplined Life I honestly thought it would just be like all the other books I’ve read about time management and creating good habits – boring. But it wasn’t. Not at all.
This book has changed my life in so many ways. I read it in just one sitting and in the last few days have found myself able to wake up on time, to tackle the things I need to tackle, and able to focus my attention on the most important things in my life.
My favourite part of the eBook is “break your goals into bite-sized pieces”. This is what I have always tried to do, and what I always advise others to do when they ask me about time management, but it just felt very reassuring to hear someone else say the same thing.
Crystal has graciously offered not 1, not 2, not 10, but 100 free copies her eBook to MrsJanuary readers.
