The wonderful Beth Kobliner sent me two copies of her book Get A Financial Life (Personal Finance in Your 20′s and 30′s)!
I was so excited when these books showed up in my mailbox. I had been wanting to read her stuff for awhile now but can’t really afford to be buying new books and the library was always fresh out of the books I wanted to read.
I just finished reading the book last week and let me just say – it is fantastic. She shares so many great ways to get your financial life in order. Her book teaches you how to get out of debt (and stay out!), take advantage of the latest tax rules and what the real costs of home ownership are.
This book is just full of so much useful information and it is very well written. I love books that have things bolded, underlined, highlighted and in bullet points. It just makes things so much easier to read.
I highly recommend this book. It’s not just good for beginners, but for novices as well.
