  • Leftovers x2
  • Pasta with Roasted Veggies
  • Vegan Grilled Cheese with Hummus, Blueberry & Walnut Salad

Dinner

  • Creamy Broccoli & Lentil Dal with Rice
  • Mexican Quinoa Stuffed Pepper
  • Israeli Couscous, Roasted Veggies
  • Quinoa & Black Bean Burgers
  • Falafel Salad, Tomato Chickpea Salad
  • Bean Burritos, Shredded Kale Salad
  • Vegetable Soup with Rice, Homemade French Bread

Snacks/Dessert

  • Fruit
  • Popcorn
  • Chocolate Covered Pistachio Balls

    Hey Cassie…. I was wondering if you or any of your followers have any good recipes for Quinoa. I’ve never tried it let alone made it. I would any help or suggestions on how to make it apart of my weekly menu.
