  • Leftovers x2
  • Pasta with Basil Pesto & Cashew Cheeze
  • Almond “Tuna” Salad

Dinner

  • Creamy White Bean Soup
  • Thin Crust Pizza
  • Indian “Butter” Cauliflower (instead of butter chicken)
  • Taco Bowls
  • Roasted Veggies Over Couscous, Creamy Stuffed Potatoes
  • Quinoa & Black Bean Burgers, Kale Salad, Quinoa “Goddess” Bowl
  • Pasta with Meaty (but meatless!) Sauce & Roasted Veggies

Snacks/Dessert

  • Fruit
  • Popcorn
  • Blueberry Cheesecake
