3 Weeks to a Spring Clean Home: Task #1

Spring cleaning is in full swing and since I’ve been resting for 6 weeks, taking care of a newborn, this house has gotten a bit out of control. I’m very eager to get it clean and organized for the summer!

I plan on tackling 1 spring cleaning task every day, for 3 weeks. They will be kitchen tasks, bedroom tasks and around the house tasks.

I hope you’ll join me in this process!

    Here is Task #1:

Clean out and organize your purse, wallet and/or diaper bag.

Come back later tonight for an update on my progress with this task.

Please share your progress in the comments!

3 Weeks to a Spring Clean Home: Task #1

Thank you for posting this. I have started spring cleaning as well, and I find it hard to stay on task. We have a family of 5 living here 3 adults and 2 kids 10 and 9 so I have a lot of help but sometimes it is hard to figure out where to begin. This list is going to be very helpful in our task. Also I love the little things. I never thought to spring clean my purse and I am off to do it right away. Thank you!!!

aha… I found it. well at least #1. The last time I cleaned my purse, wallet . I changed to an aluminum wallet, (as seen on TV) It is awesome. I put all my very important cards and Id and it will hold cash bills too. It keeps everything organized, and if I want I can slip it into my pocket and go, everything is there. Oh and the aluminum protects my cards from being secretly scanned. And I always keep my purse small. It reduces the clutter and it keeps it light for my shoulder.

was just thinking about this today, switching from the big huge purse to the more compact, lightweight purse. Just wish it was that easy for all things :) Thanks for getting me started.
