Dorel Distribution Canada and Transport Canada have noted non-compliance in crash testing of various car seats, in which the shell cracked when in a rear-facing position. This could allow the seat back to recline excessively caused an increased risk of injury from impact forces being transferred to the child during a crash. The crack also rush the risk of exposing sharp edges (especially in the case of the Enspira 65 model).

All registered owners will receive a letter containing instructions on how to obtain a repair kit and installation instructions. If you have not registered your car seat, you should contact Dorel immediately to verify if your model is included in this recall.
