BUTTER CHICKEN

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup crushed butter crackers
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup butter, in pieces



Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F

2. Place eggs and cracker crumbs in 2 seperate shallow bowls. Mix cracker crumbs with garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken in the eggs, then dredge in crumb mixture.

3. Arange coated chicken in a baking dish. Place pieces of butter around the chicken.

4. Bake for 30 minutes.

Makes 4 servings
