CHICKEN CHILI
Ingredients:
- 1 LG can crushed tomatoes
- 1 LG can water
- 1 green or red paper, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 LG can kidney beans, rinsed well
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 LG chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
Instructions:
1. In a large pot over medium heat, heat crushed tomatoes and water to a boil. Add peppers, beans, cayenne pepper and onion powder. Cook for 15 minutes.
2. Cook chicken in a medium skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Once cooked, remove from skillet and rip the chicken into pieces.
3. Add chicken to chili mix and cook on low heat for another 15 minutes.
4. Aaaaaaand - you're done. Enjoy!
