CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKES

Ingredients:
- 6 tbs. margarine
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 tbs. all purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla



Instructions:
1. Line bottoms of bowls with waxed paper. Grease and set aside.

2. In a med. bowl, microwave margarine and butter about 2 minutes; stir until smooth.

3. Whish in sugar, flour and salt until blended. Beat in eggs, egg yolks and vanilla.

4. Pour even amounts into bowls. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

5. Bake 15 minutes at 450F. DO NOT OVERBAKE.

6. Let cook on wire rack for 5 minutes.

Makes 4 servings
