SMASHED POTATOES
Ingredients:
2. Boil potatoes until they can easily be pierced with a knife. 3. Place potatoes on baking sheet and with a potato masher, gently push down each potato. 4. Sprinkle each potato with olive oil, salt and pepper. Top with cheese if desired. 5. Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy and brown. 6. Eat and enjoy!
