Pampers replied to my inquiry saying there was a “hiccup on the site and that error message was being randomly spouted out” – the problem was being worked on and was supposed to be fixed within a day or two so they apologized and advised me to try again soon.

Approximately a week afterward I was FINALLY able to order the coupons. SO if you have gotten that message but know you didn’t order the coupons before, try again! Seems to be fixed now.

Judging by the comments on the facebook page a lot of people are getting that error message. I ordered the last round of pampers coupons about 2 weeks ago but I definitely did not order these ones and I’m getting that same message. I’ve written to pampers for support – we’ll see!
